TNBC, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the APEX Inspector platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email, phone, company name, license number.

Inspection Data: Property addresses, client names, findings, photographs, reports. Stored locally on your device and on our secure servers when cloud sync is enabled.

Payment Information: Processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use data to provide the Service, process payments, send transactional communications, provide support, and detect fraud. We do NOT sell your information.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored locally using encrypted databases and transmitted via HTTPS to secure AWS infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Google Gemini (AI features).

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting support@apex-inspector.com.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18.
